PI Dashboard - Features Delivered and Under Development

This page contains a list of user-requested features that are being prioritized and developed for future deployments. Our Agile development methodology brings users frequent product updates to improve the award management experience. These new tools require the collaboration of many teams across GW, and we appreciate your patience as we work on providing technologies that help free up more time to focus on world-class research.  

Features Delivered in Latest Release (Release 5.0)

New Report:

• Expenditures in Suspense
• This report was developed to help monitor expenditures that have been charged to a suspense account that have not been cleared.
• Users will be able to view expenditures in suspense using different filters:
  • Search by Suspense Project, Suspense Task and Suspense Award numbers
  • Search by PI’s with expenditures in suspense
  • Search by Research Service Coordinator (RSC)
  • Search by Org
