Award Setup
Award set up begins by establishing the Project Number.
- A Project is a unit of work comprised of one or more Tasks
- A Project may be funded by one or more Awards
- An Award represents a funding source for a Project and is used to associate monies with Tasks within a Project
A Project should meet the following criteria:
- Defined start and end dates
- Identifiable budget and funding source(s)
- Identifiable group of participants
Project Numbers consist of five digits. For Example: 12345-1-CCLS90000F is a Project-Task-Award (PTA)
- The Project is 12345
- The Task is 1
- The Award is CCLS90000F
