OVPR Data Requests

GW faculty and staff may request award and expenditure data for proposal development, strategic planning, reporting, benchmarking, and other official university purposes. If you need award-level information for a project on which you are the principal investigator (PI), please access that information through PI Dashboard.

To help us fulfill your request as efficiently as possible, please provide as much advance notice as you can. Requests are reviewed in the order received, and processing times vary depending on the scope and complexity of the data requested. In some cases, a brief consultation may be needed to clarify your data needs before the request can be completed.

Due to confidentiality concerns, data requests for university-wide or cross-school data may require approval by the dean of the respective school(s). If dean approval is required, you will be notified within three business days of submitting your request.
