OVPR Data Request Form

The Office of the Vice Provost for Research (OVPR) Data Request Form should be used by GW faculty and staff to request award and expenditure data for proposal development and/or other official purposes. (To access award-level data on a project for which you are the PI, please utilize PI Dashboard.)

Please give as much notice as possible when requesting data. Requests will be placed in queue in the order they are received. Depending on the nature of the data requested, fulfilling some requests may take longer than others. Additionally, depending on the complexity of your request, a brief conference may be required in order to further discuss your data needs.

Due to confidentiality concerns, data requests for university-wide or cross-school data may require approval by the dean of the respective school(s). If it is determined that completing your request will require dean’s approval, you will be notified of this requirement within 3 business days of your data request submission.
