Nomination Package Requirements for OVPR Faculty Awards
Individuals nominating a faculty member for the OVPR Faculty Awards should complete the nomination form via InfoReady by Friday, December 16, 2022 and work with their school’s leadership to complete the nomination package by Friday, February 3, 2023.
1. Curriculum vitae (CV) of the nominee
2. Three required letters of support (1-2 pages each):
Letters in support of Mentorship Award nominations should include evidence of successful mentorship such as impact of mentee’s achievements, students mentored for GW Research Days, number of Ph.D. dissertations advised, etc.
